Research Associates is a specialized Legal Research Service which provides temporary assistance to the legal profession. Established in 1981, Research Associates is firmly committed to offering prompt and efficient service at a moderate cost. Our clients rely on us to meet their research needs when unable to complete the matter themselves or on difficult and unique problems. General legal research, briefs and trial memos are available. A computer terminal is on site for research and immediate retrieval of legal data and cases for all jurisdictions and the Federal Courts. We can offer a simple list of citations, a memorandum and analysis of specific issues or a formal brief. The choice is yours. Copy may be draft form or finished product, depending on your needs.

Research Associates operates on an hourly basis. The amount of time to be spent on any matter and the form of the end product are decided on after discussion with you before any research or documentation preparation is commenced.

We will discuss with you the issues and areas to be covered and establish a cost basis and time schedule. You control the issues, deadlines, budget and other matters relating to the assignment.
